Delivery and returns
UK DELIVERY DETAILS
Standard Delivery UK:
Flat rate £4.95 for all orders
Our standard delivery service offers delivery within 3-5 working week days (UK mainland only).
If you are in a hurry and need a next day delivery we would recommend upgrading to our express delivery service. Simply place your order before 10am and select the express delivery option at the check out for next day delivery (UK mainland only).
EU DELIVERY DETAILS
Standard delivery EU:
Small Parcel (up to order value £25) £6.50
Medium Parcel (£25.01-£75.00) £10.00
Large Parcel (£75.00 -->) £12.50
Length of service depending on destination country but takes usually minimum 5 working days.
Pikku reserve the right to change the delivery charges above.
We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange up to 30 days from day of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging must be present.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your parcel. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note postage costs will not be refunded.
If you need to exchange your item for another size or colour please send us an email at email@example.com and we will arrange a replacement where possible. In the mean time you can send your item to: 173-175 High Street, Newcastle, GB, NE3 1HE. Postage to send the item back to us will have to be covered by you however once we receive the item your replacement will be sent by us free of charge.
Please make sure all returned items are sent using trackable shipping service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not hold responsibility for the loss or damage of products during the return process.
